  1. Use of the site. By using leny.com you agree to these terms.
  2. No offer or commitment. Nothing on this site is an offer, commitment or agreement to lend. Lending criteria describe the loans we generally consider; every loan is subject to underwriting, documentation, third-party reports and approval. Terms can change without notice.
  3. Commercial purpose. Loans are made by Leny LLC or its affiliated lending entities and are commercial loans only, for business purposes, not consumer, household or personal loans. The lender on your loan is named in your term sheet and loan documents.
  4. AI systems. Leny uses AI systems to process loan requests and documents. Credit decisions are made by people.
  5. Your submissions. You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to submit it, including on behalf of a client.
  6. Intellectual property. LENY™ and the Leny logo are trademarks of Leny LLC. Site content may not be copied or used without permission.
  7. No warranties; limitation of liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Leny LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.
  8. Governing law. Florida law governs; venue is Broward County, Florida.
