1. Who we are. Leny LLC, 501 East Las Olas Boulevard, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, operates leny.com.
2. What we collect. Information you submit through the loan request form (contact details, property and loan details, documents you upload); information you send by email; usage data collected by analytics software (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address).
3. How we use it. To evaluate and respond to loan requests; to underwrite, document and close loans; to communicate with you; to operate, secure and improve the site and our systems; to comply with law.
4. How we share it. With service providers who host our systems, store documents, process documents with AI models, send email and measure site usage; with third-party report providers and closing parties as needed to process a loan; with affiliated lending entities that fund loans; when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention. Loan request information is kept as long as needed to evaluate the request and, for loans we make, for the life of the loan plus the period required by law.
6. Security. Access is limited to people who need it, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and documents are stored in access-controlled systems.
7. Your choices. Contact deals@leny.com to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Changes. We post changes here with a new effective date.
